Abstract: Classification method is a formula, logical description generalizing characteristics of objects of related area. Nowadays, billions of smart objects are immersed in the environment, sensing, interacting, and cooperating with each other to enable efficient services. When we think about IoT, classification is a major challenge particularly if our technology is international level applicable. So, this limitation needs clear and deep analysis of the existing classification matrixes and gives some future directions depending on the different researches in the area. The paper surveys the current state-of-art in the classification of IoT. First, we try to explain commonly existing classification matrixes; Second, cooperation of different methods defending on classification matrixes used. Then analyses challenges that IoT faced from classification angle and finally we give some direction for future IoT classification.

Abstract: a C2C12 cells were double immunostained for β-DG (C20 antibodies) and B23, fibrillarin (Fib), or UBF. Cells were stained with DAPI for nuclei visualization prior to being subjected to confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM; scale bar?=?5?μm). Colocalization of β-DG with nucleolar proteins is denoted by arrowheads in the magnified images. A line intensity scan along the white line in the merge images was carried using ROI manager Multiplot (middle graphs). Right: The Manders overlap coefficient was calculated on double labeling inmunofluorescences: M1 denotes the fraction of the β-DG signal coincident with the nucleolar proteins signal over its total intensity, and M2 denotes the fraction of the nucleolar proteins signal coincident with the β-DG signal over its total intensity. b Cells were treated with actinomycin D (Act D) or DRB for 3?h, fixed and then double immunostained for β-DG and either UBF or B23. Nuclei were stained with DAPI before CLSM analysis (scale bar?=?1?μm). Typical single Z-sections are shown and colocalization of β-DG with nucleolar proteins after drug-induced nucleoli disruption is indicated by arrowheads in the merge images. The Manders overlap coefficient was calculated for each experimental condition as peer

Abstract: A survey for Infectious Hypodermal and Haematopoietic Necrosis Virus (IHHNV) and White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) was performed during two catching seasons of native shrimps in the Yucatan Coast in the Gulf of Mexico. The mtDNA COI barcode identified two endemic species; the southern pink shrimp Penaeus notialis (Pérez Fantante, 1967) and the northern pink shrimp Penaeus brasiliensis (Latreille, 1987) (previously described as Farfantepenaeus brasiliensis). The prevalence of IHHNV was of 18.18% in 2016, and of 8.57% in 2017. All organisms tested negative for WSSV. This is the first identification of wild shrimps in the state of Yucatan Mexico by mtDNA COI barcode as well as the first identification of IHHNV in such species. The presence of IHHNV in wild shrimps populations has a potential of persisting in the coast of Yucatan with putative detrimental effect on local fisheries because once established in natural waters and hosts; such pathogens are almost impossible to eradicate.

Abstract:

In systems in atomic and nano scales such as clusters or agglomerates constituted of particles from a few to less than one hundred of atoms, quantum confinement effects are very important. Their optical and electronic properties are often dependent on the size of the systems and the way in which the atoms in these clusters are bonded. Generally, these nano-structures display optical and electronic properties significantly different of those found in corresponding bulk materials. Silicon agglomerates found in Silicon Rich Oxide (SRO) films have optical properties, which have reported as depended directly on nano-crystal size. Furthermore, the room temperature photoluminescence (PL) of Silicon Rich Oxides (SRO) has repeatedly generated a huge interest due to their possible applications in optoelectronic devices. However, a plausible emission mechanism has not yet widespread acceptance of the scientific community. In this research, we employed the Density Functional Theory with a functional B3LYP and a basis set 6 - 31G* to calculate the optical and electronic properties of small (six to ten silicon atoms) and medium size clusters of silicon (constituted of eleven to fourteen silicon atoms). With the theoretical calculation of the structural and optical properties of silicon clusters, it is possible to evaluate the contribution of silicon agglomerates in the luminescent emission mechanism experimentally found in thin SRO films.
